We are going to culminate our Hispanic Heritage month of activities on October 12. I would love to have some authentic Hispanic dishes for students to munch on in the afternoon. Students have been learning about Hispanic heritage, including cuisine, and I think this will be a fun way to finish our month of celebration.

Countries we’d like to have represented include:
Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico (I know it is a territory, but let’s just go with it), Spain, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
Important allergies in the classroom:
- Nuts
- Shellfish
- Pineapple
- Watermelon
Please do not plan a dish that contains any of those items.
If you have a badge and would like to join us around 2:00, we’d love to have some help!
